Shipping Policy

At Bubble Nest, we are committed to delivering your baby’s essentials safely, efficiently, and with care.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes (South Africa)
    •    Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
    •    Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Bubble Nest is not responsible for delays once the parcel is in the courier’s possession.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Bubble Nest cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of baby feeding and silicone products, Bubble Nest maintains strict return guidelines in line with consumer safety standards.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
    •    The item is defective
    •    The item is damaged on arrival
    •    You received an incorrect item

Hygiene & Safety Notice

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any baby products that have been opened, used, washed, or tampered with, unless the item is proven to be defective.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:
    •    Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
    •    Proof of purchase is required
    •    Items must be returned in a resalable condition

Return Shipping Costs
    •    If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bubble Nest will cover the return shipping cost.
    •    If the item is not damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
