  • We are not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.






6. Returns & Refunds



We want you to love your BubbleNest products.


  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • For hygiene reasons, used feeding products cannot be returned.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected.



Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
